Kim

Office Manager, Kim"Hello, my name is Kim. I have been working at Basin Family Chiropractic since September 2004. I am the Office Manager at our office. My job consists of many different duties. Not only do I keep the office running smoothly, but I do patient exams and re-exams, take and develop x-rays and manage therapy. It has been wonderful working with Dr. Ausere. Not only have I learned many things from him, but I have seen him do some amazing things with chiropractic care."

Hobbies & Activities: "When I am not working I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and scrapbooking."

Daniele

Accoutns Manager, Daniele"My name is Daniele. I have been an Accounts Manager for Basin Family Chiropractic since February 2006. I started my relationship with Basin Family Chiropractic as a patient, and have been happier and healthier ever since. At our office I am responsible for chiropractic billing, patient accounts, and assisting in patient services. I look forward to assisting you with your insurance and financial needs."

Hobbies & Activities: "When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two beautiful daughters."

Rena

Massage Therapist, Rena"Hi, I'm Rena, I am a licensed massage practitioner and I have been with Basin Family Chiropractic since February 2006. I work one day a week with Dr. Ausere and his great staff. The remainder of the week I work from my home in Lind, WA.  Lind is hometown for my husband, James, who is a 4th generation dryland wheat farmer. We appreciate living in a small town and feel lucky to be raising our two children, Maya and Dane, there.

"When I am not busy with my massage business I am a cub scout leader for my son's class and I am also a member of Lind City Council. Prior to marriage, children, and massage business I served 2 years in the Peace Corps and lived in Guatemala. My Peace Corp years were extremely rewarding and life shaping - not to mention a lot of fun!!  Building a massage business both at home and here at Basin Family Chiropractic has been one of my greatest joys. I believe in massage and it's benefits, abilities and importance.  I understand what it means to "do what you love" for a living."

Dr. Steven Asks some important questions of interest to Moses Lake residents - Chiropractor Moses Lake Dr. Steven Asks...

How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Moses Lake encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
